During your migrant domestic worker's (MDW) employment, MOM requires you to send her for a medical screening every 6 months. This medical examination screens for pregnancy and infectious diseases such as syphilis, HIV and tuberculosis.

When to send your helper to 6ME?
When your helper's 6-Monthly Medical Examination (6ME) is approaching, you'll receive a notification letter and a 6ME form via post. It's crucial that your helper completes her 6ME by the stated due date.
Additionally, you can log in to the Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) eService portal to view her previous 6ME date.
This enables you to determine the due date for her next examination and also allows you to reprint the 6ME form, if necessary.
